This workout is 98% Low Impact, but it gets the “Power Legs” tag because it’s serious business.

In this workout we focus on strengthening our form with our Side Kicks and Push kicks. The purpose of strengthening our form is increase the effectiveness of our attack. Balance and Stability translates to Accuracy and Power.

We also spend a good amount of time on stretches that open up the hips to increase our range of flexibility and as always with our Leg Days we tone and sculpt those glutes. You’ll thank me later. Lets go Team!
