Never thrown a punch? No problem. Our Beginner's Kickboxing class is designed specifically for first-timers. Learn proper form, basic combinations, and build your confidence before jumping into our regular bootcamp classes.
Comfortable athletic wear you can move freely in. Leggings, shorts, tank tops—whatever you're comfortable sweating in.
Stay hydrated! Bring a water bottle—you're going to need it. We have a water fountain for refills.
Optional but recommended. You will sweat. A small towel helps you stay comfortable during class.
We provide 16oz kickboxing gloves for loan during class. You can also purchase your own at the studio.
We ProvideBecause real martial arts takes time. We start with mobility work to protect your joints, spend the bulk of class on actual technique and conditioning, then finish with stretching so you recover faster. Most bootcamps skip this—we don't.

No. Kickboxing will get you in shape—you don't need to get in shape first. Our Beginner's Class is designed for people who have never thrown a punch. We meet you where you are and build from there.
Cardio kickboxing gets you sweaty. We get you dangerous. You'll learn authentic Muay Thai and boxing technique—the same skills taught in real fight gyms—combined with strength and conditioning. This isn't choreographed punching to music. It's real martial arts.
No. Our group classes are non-contact. You'll work on heavy bags, pads, and shadowboxing drills. The only thing getting hit is the bag. Or maybe your instructor if he puts on the gear.
You work at your own pace. Every exercise can be modified. Take breaks when you need them—no one's judging. The goal is progress, not perfection. Most people surprise themselves by week two.
Yes. Free parking is available in the lot behind the building. Enter from the alley off Sunset Blvd. The studio is on the 2nd floor.
