Our recommended option for beginners is the Beginner’s Kickboxing Class on Sundays at 12:45pm.

However, you are also welcome to try any of our All Level Classes if you prefer. Here is our class schedule:

Monday:

Kickboxing Conditioning – 5:30-7:00pm (All Levels)

Tuesday:

Booty Blaster and Kickboxing Class (All Levels)

  • 5:15-6:30pm
  • 6:45-8:00pm

Thursday:

Arms and Abs and Kickboxing Class (All Levels)

  • 5:15-6:30pm
  • 6:45-8:00pm

Sunday:

Advanced Kickboxing Class – 11:15am-12:30pm

Beginner’s Kickboxing Class – 12:45-2:00pm
