Our recommended option for beginners is the Beginner’s Kickboxing Class on Sundays at 12:45pm.
However, you are also welcome to try any of our All Level Classes if you prefer. Here is our class schedule:
Monday:
Sculpt and Strike
- 6:15am – 7:05am (All Levels)
Kickboxing Conditioning
- 5:30pm-7:00pm (All Levels)
Tuesday:
Booty Blaster and Kickboxing Class (All Levels)
- 5:15pm-6:30pm
- 6:45pm-8:00pm
Wednesday:
Sculpt and Strike
- 6:15am – 7:05am (All Levels)
Thursday:
Arms and Abs and Kickboxing Class (All Levels)
- 5:15pm-6:30pm
- 6:45pm-8:00pm
Sunday:
Advanced Kickboxing Class
- 11:15am-12:30pm
Beginner’s Kickboxing Class
- 12:45pm-2:00pm
