The Camera Learned From Rashad.
So Will You.

Every lesson, round and class in Fierce100 is built by Rashad El Amin, founder of Foxy & Fierce, from 20+ years of coaching. He calibrated the camera too: every strike it scores is measured against his version of the move.

  • Live classes from the Foxy & Fierce floor, with Rashad running the room
  • Every class recorded, so a missed class becomes a replay
  • Master Your Strikes: 15 lessons, starting with the jab
  • A ranked circuit to climb, plus strength programs that count every rep

What You Need

Less Than
You Think.

A phone and enough floor to throw a punch. That's the whole kit.

Your Phone

Fierce100 launches on iPhone. Prop it on the floor, tilted up at you, and the camera does the rest. Nothing is recorded or uploaded.

A Little Space

About a towel's worth of floor plus arm's reach. Living rooms, garages and hotel rooms all work.

Zero Equipment To Start

No gloves, no bag, no wearables. The strength program that uses weights needs just one pair of dumbbells, if you want it.

Can't Wait? Throw A Scored Round Right Now.

Fierce100 runs a 45-second round in your browser. Your laptop camera scores every jab and cross you throw, so you can try it before the app is out.

"Your life will be divided into Before-You-Went-To-Foxy-and-Fierce and After-You-Went-To-Foxy-and-Fierce, and you won't understand how you were even living during the before part."

Questions, Answered

Online Classes FAQ

Where do I watch your live and on-demand classes?
In Fierce100, our app. Live classes stream from the Hollywood studio, every class is recorded for on demand, and your scores and progress sit in the same place. Live classes open after the app launches. Get on the list above and you'll hear first.
When does the app come out?
It's in final testing on iPhone now. Everyone on the list gets the download link before the App Store listing goes up.
What does it cost?
Joining the list is free. The app starts with a 7-day free trial, and the first 1,000 members lock in a founder rate for life. Full pricing is at fierce100.com.
I've never done kickboxing. Is this for beginners?
Yes. Lesson one is the jab. Every strike is taught on its own before it goes into a combo, and the camera tells you when it's right, so you never practise a bad habit alone.
Is the camera recording me?
No. The pose analysis runs on your phone. Video is never recorded, stored or uploaded, so the only person who sees you train is you.
What time are live classes in my time zone?
Live classes stream from Los Angeles on Pacific Time. Every class is recorded, so if the live time doesn't work where you are, you take the replay.
Is the app women-only like the studio?
The Hollywood studio stays women-only. Fierce100 is open to everyone, and it's built on the same coaching Rashad has used with thousands of women at Foxy & Fierce.
I'm in LA. Can I train in person?
Yes, and your first class at the studio is free. Book it here.
