  I've been coming here for a year and it has been the best workout and also just so much fun!! Rashad and Crystal are the best, even though these classes are group classes, you still feel like you are getting a personal touch to your training.
I've learned so much and look forward to going to my classes whenever I can!
Everyone is so supportive and welcoming, it's a great environment and a great community and I'm so glad to be a part of it!

  If you're looking for a nonstop sweat-till-you-leave type of kickboxing class, this is it! The instructors are high intensity motivators so is great for any level. Five stars all around!!

  Fairly new to kick boxing but it already feels like home ! I plan to continue coming here for as long as i can . They truly target everything you can possibly think of . Stretching, mind and body control, fitness and the thing we all came for KICKBOXING!! I just want to say thank you to both of the owners for bringing me in and making me both comfortable enough to want to stick to it yet uncomfortable enough to want to be better, come join us on this journey to Whooping Butt, you won't regret coming here, i promise !!
